About My Order
1. How long does it take to process my order?
All pieces are handmade. Processing time is 3–5 business days before shipment.
During launches or high-volume times, processing may be slightly longer.
2. How long does shipping take?
We currently ship within the U.S. only.

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Priority Shipping: 2–4 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
3. Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
4. Will I receive tracking information?
Yes! A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
5. My package says “delivered,” but I can’t find it. What do I do?
Sometimes carriers mark packages delivered a little early.

6. Are your earrings hypoallergenic?
Yes! All earrings are made with hypoallergenic platinum plated and gold plated posts..
If a piece uses a different metal, it will always be noted in the product description.
7. Are the earrings lightweight?
Absolutely. Polymer clay is extremely lightweight, and all designs are comfortable for all-day wear.
8. Are your earrings handmade?
Yes — every pair is handcrafted in small batches.
Slight variations in color or pattern are normal and part of the charm of handmade pieces.
9. Do you restock sold-out designs?
Some designs may return for future launches, while others are limited edition.

Returns & Exchanges
10. What is your return policy?
Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final.
However, if your earrings arrive damaged or incorrect, please email us within 5 days with photos and we’ll make it right.
11. Can I cancel or edit my order?
Orders can only be adjusted within 12 hours of being placed.
After that, we cannot guarantee changes but definitely contact us as soon as possible!
Local Pickup
12. Do you offer local pickup?
At this time, we do not offer local pickup.
Gift Orders
13. Do you offer gift wrapping?
Every order is packaged beautifully by default, but if you'd like a gift note included, just add it at checkout or email us with your order number.
14. Can I send an order as a gift?
Our website doesn't currently support gift transactions yet, but we will soon!
