Return & Refund Policy

Earrings are final sale. Because of the hygienic nature of earrings, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your earrings arrive damaged, or break due to a manufacturing issue within 7 days of delivery, we will replace them (subject to style/stock availability) or refund the purchase price.

To request help, email soldevidadesignco@gmail.com within 7 days with:

• Your order number

• Photos of the item and packaging

• A brief description of the issue

We may provide a prepaid return label and/or request the item be returned for inspection before issuing a replacement or refund.

Handmade Variations (Not Considered Defects)

We do our best to provide high-quality pieces. However, polymer clay earrings are handmade, so minor variations and tiny imperfections (e.g., slight color/texture differences, small bubbles, faint tool marks, pattern placement differences) are normal and not eligible for refund or exchange. We never ship anything that doesn’t meet our standards.

What’s Not Covered by Return Policy

• Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper storage/care, water/chemical/heat exposure

• Lost backs, hooks, or components after delivery

• Clearance/sale items, gift cards, custom orders (all final sale)

Cancellations & Order Changes

Orders cannot be canceled once processed. If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately at soldevidadesingco@gmail.com—we’ll try our best, but changes aren’t guaranteed after processing. We’re not responsible for packages shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Shipping on Approved Claims

For approved damage/defect claims, we cover the cost of the replacement’s standard shipping within the U.S. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

Care Tips (to extend the life of your earrings)

Store flat and dry, avoid bending, chemicals, and prolonged heat/sun exposure, especially for items that contain resin. Wipe metals and stones gently with a soft cloth.
