Thank you for supporting Sol De Vida Design Co. Every piece is handcrafted with care, and we want to ensure your order arrives safely and in a timely manner.

 Processing Times

Because each item is handmade:

  • Processing time is 3–7 business days before shipment.

  • During launches, holidays, or high-order volume, processing may extend slightly. Any delays will be communicated on our website or via email.

 Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

All orders are shipped from Illinois, USA.

Domestic (U.S.) Shipping

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): Calculated at checkout

  • Priority Shipping (2–4 business days): Calculated at checkout

International Shipping

  • Sol De Vida Design Co. ships to all U.S. states and territories.
    We currently do not offer international shipping.

 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

 Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping information at checkout.
Sol De Vida Design Co. is not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to the wrong address entered by the customer

  • Lost or stolen packages after they’ve been marked as delivered

If an address error occurs, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at soldevidadesignco@gmail.com, and we will do our best to update it before shipment
